| Description: |
Reporting to the head of Accounting, you will record payments to customers' accounts and maintain accounts receivable records. In this position, you will be responsible for duties such as processing daily credit card deposits, entering finalized cash receipts, updating accounts receivable ledgers by customer, and preparing daily cash deposits. Additional duties may include filing check stubs, copying deposits and bank receipts, researching and processing client claims of invoice payment, and answering accounts receivable phone inquiries.
This important role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Three to five years of related experience will be considered. Applicants must be able to work with mathematical concepts. Strong communication and client relations skills are vital for this position.
Experience with an automated G/L accounting system and Great Plains software are necessary. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Crystal Reports is a plus.
