Who We Are
Milrose Consultants, Inc. was founded in 1988. Milrose began as a two-person firm which represented a mix of smaller architectural and engineering projects. Presently, Milrose employs over 100 people and handles all types of construction projects ranging from interior renovations to out-of-the-ground residential and commercial towers. Our services include code and zoning analysis, new buildings, alterations, permits, violation reports, violation dismissals, letters of completion, certificates of occupancy and certificates of approval. The company focus is to offer leading corporations the ability to secure services on a corporate level similar to their own.

Mr. Louis Milo
Mr. Louis S. Milo
President
Mr. Milo was the former Assistant Director of the New York City Department of Transportation Mayor's Construction Coordinating Council. Mr. Milo's responsibilities included the coordination and regulation of new building construction in the City of New York. He held this position for a period of three years before leaving the public sector and founding Milrose Consultants in 1988.


Mr. William Rose

Mr. Rose, a graduate of Polytechnic Institute with a degree in engineering, assisted in the founding of Milrose Consultants. Mr. Rose currently manages field operations in the Boroughs of Staten Island, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx and for the New York City School Construction Authority.


Mr. Domenick Chieco

Mr. Chieco joined the firm in 1989 and oversees Milrose’s companywide operations. He is also responsible for client maintenance of Milrose’s largest financial and banking institutions and corporate offices. Prior to joining Milrose Consultants, Domenick was Managing Director of INSPECO where he supervised high rise site safety operations. Domenick holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology and is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor from NSBA.

Mr. Mazza joined the firm in September of 1990 after attending New York Institute of Technology. Currently Mr. Mazza oversees the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. regions.

Mr. Tabone graduated from Hofstra University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Greg joined the New York office of Milrose Consultants in September of 2001 where he began his career as part of a project management team. Greg oversees all field work conducted in the state of New Jersey.
