Nicholas P. Michnevitz, III, President, MBH Architecture

Nicholas is President of MBH Architecture, LLC. Nicholas is a registered Architect and has certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) with Licenses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island  and Vermont with the flexibility for reciprocal licensure in all 55 U.S. jurisdictions in addition supporting registration in Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. With over 30 years experience, Nicholas has lead Healthcare design for hundreds of complex projects including: Master Planning, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Acute Care Hospitals, Clinical Specialties focused on Orthopedic, Neuro and Heart& Vascular, Medical Offices, Physical Rehabilitation, Substance Abuse, Behavioral Health and Skilled Nursing. Nicholas is also an Educator in Health Facility codes and has provided lectures and assistance to State Regulators for code compliance and Interpretation.

Mr. Bolano has more than 35 years of experience across diverse industries in Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, and Real Estate. Throughout his career, Joe has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Building Industry including facilities operations, construction, project management, property management, contract document production, post-construction maintenance services, and process improvements. Prior to joining Colliers, Joe served as Vice President, Capital Project & Facility Services, for Northwell Health, a not-for-profit for which he oversaw the planning and execution of all capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and major renovations across approximately 20 New York-area hospitals. Previously, Joe also held positions as Director of Real Estate Development at Columbia University and Director of Facilities at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, currently New York-Presbyterian Queens, where he oversaw all capital improvement and program development for the hospital and more than 45 off-site facilities.

Gustavo Mazza, EVP Life Sciences, Milrose Consultants

Gustavo Mazza joined Milrose Consultants in September 1990 as an Assistant Project Manager and became a partner in the firm in 2001. In his current role as Executive Vice President of Life Sciences, Gus is responsible for the leadership and business growth of the company's services in the life sciences and biotech sectors. Over his tenure at Milrose, Gus has played a key role in growing New York City's life sciences community and has  successfully overseen the construction of many state-of-the-art medical and life sciences facilities including NYU Langone Medical Center, NYU Smilow Research Center, Alexandria Center for Life Sciences, and the New York Genome Center.
