Diane Luebs
Diane is an Associate Code and Zoning Analyst at Milrose Consultants, Inc. She received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her Masters in Urban Planning from Hunter College. At Milrose, Diane conducts zoning analyses and reviews architectural plans for compliance with New York City Zoning and Building Code regulations. Diane focuses on providing updates on code and zoning changes and provides help to clients on code-related questions.
