Effective December 10, 2018: NYC Place of Assembly and Temporary Place of Assembly applications must be submitted in DOB NOW

Please be informed that effective Monday, December 10, 2018, all new NYC Place of Assembly (PA) and Temporary Place of Assembly (TPA) applications must be submitted in DOB NOW: Build and in order to sign/seal electronic forms you must be registered with DOB NOW.

If you have a Place of Assembly (PA) or Temporary Place of Assembly (TPA) filing coming up shortly, it is critical that you register for DOB NOW as soon as possible to prevent project/TPA delays. To create an eFiling account, please visit the DOB NOW Registration page and follow the process indicated for your role.
