JM Zoning, a Milrose company, are assisiting in the development of a new 6-story multifamily building containing 275 rental units and 450 parking spaces. This new development will be located right next to the newly built Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and six miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. Scope of Services includes Due Diligence & Research, Municipality Coordination, Municipal Filings & Approvals, Coordination of Environmental Reviews with the County, DOB Plan Approvals, Project Management and Weekly Reporting.
