Neal Dennison

Neal Dennison is an Account Manager for Milrose Consultants, where he works closely with the various departments within Milrose to ensure client and account level satisfaction. Neal has been involved in the successful completion of projects ranging from corporate re-stacks, headquarter relocations, major enlargements, and ground up developments. His articles cover a wide range of topics-but are usually inspired by the intricacies of various procedural aspects associated with cities agency approvals on specific issues. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and is working on a Master’s in Science at NYU in their Real Estate Development program. Neal is an active member of CoreNet, Urban Land Institute and REISA.
