Milrose Celebrates First Annual Customer Experience (CX) Day on October 2, 2018

On October 2, 2018, Milrose will celebrate its first annual CX Day, a global celebration of companies and employees who are committed to creating exceptional experiences for their clients. CX Day was created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) to recognize companies who put customer experience at the forefront of their business operations and spread awareness about the overall importance of customer service. 

CX Day is important to Milrose as our success is directly related to our ability to best understand our client needs and customize solutions to meet those needs.  In 2018, we have put a lot of effort into improving our client experience through implementing the Net Promoter Score program to collect instrumental client feedback and investing in our technology to add value and best serve our clients.

In honor of CX Day 2018, we would like to take the opportunity to thank our clients for partnering with us and allowing us to help them in achieve success with their developments - It is truly an honor to work with you and we sincerely appreciate your business. 

Milrose will kick off CX Day 2018 by sending out a special eCard to clients containing a small token of our appreciation for their partnership. Additionally, we will be running a a social media campaign that highlights examples of excellent client service experienced by our clients.
