General Scope

McCormick Compliance Consulting will coordinate and submit required documents for Foundation, Landscape, and supplemental permits, including the Phase 1 Construction Vehicular Bridge Permit. We will also manage review and approval with the City of Chicago's Office of Underground Coordination for site work and utility connections, ensuring timely permit approvals.

Overview

McCormick Compliance Consulting will manage the coordination and submission of all required documents for securing various permits, including the Foundation and Landscape Permits. Our services will ensure smooth navigation through the approval process, offering guidance to address any comments and expedite approvals. Additionally, we will handle supplemental permits, such as the Phase 1 Construction Vehicular Bridge Permit, coordinating all required documentation with local permitting authorities. We will also oversee the review and approval process with the City of Chicago’s Office of Underground Coordination (OUC) for site work and utility connections. The project includes 460 residential units, 200 parking spaces, and 18,900 square feet of retail space. The development will deliver up to 2,650 residential units, retail areas, a hotel, and 1,470 parking spaces. The architectural design will feature angular massing, captured glass systems, and varied glazing and mullion colors to create dynamic facade depth and expression.
