Join Milrose in celebrating Customer Experience (CX) Day

On October 1, 2019, Milrose will celebrate its second annual CX Day, a global celebration of companies and employees who are committed to creating exceptional experiences for their clients. CX Day was created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) to recognize companies who put customer experience at the forefront of their business operations and spread awareness about the overall importance of customer service. 

CX Day is important to Milrose as our success is directly related to our ability to best understand our client needs and customize solutions to meet those needs. We are thrilled to report that our client experience focus has resulted in client complaints decreasing by 49% and client kudos increasing by 20%. However, we will continue to strive to provide a consistently positive experience. 

In honor of CX Day 2019, we would like to take the opportunity to thank our clients for partnering with us and allowing us to help them achieve success with their projects and goals - It is truly an honor to work with you and we sincerely appreciate your business. 


Milrose will kick off CX Day 2019 by sending out a special eCard to clients containing a small token of our appreciation for their partnership. Additionally, we will be running a social media campaign that highlights examples of excellent client service experienced by our clients.
