DOT HOLIDAY CONSTRUCTION EMBARGO WAIVER REQUEST

The NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) issues an annual embargo during the holiday season which requires every site with active DOT permits to obtain an embargo waiver prior to issuing or renewing DOT permits. The 2023 DOT Holiday Construction Embargo will take place from Friday, November 15, 2024 through Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 6 AM to 11:59 PM..
