167 Bowery Street is a 6-story Commercial building located in Manhattan’s Lower East Side neighborhood. The building was completed in 1920 and is a pre-war commercial building.
Our work consisted of upgrading the electrical infrastructure and mechanical systems throughout 5 of the 6 floors of the building. We furnished a set of Construction Documents and provided a bid package suitable for bidding and municipal filing.
