New window installation throughout the building completed in three phases with windows being installed in both occupied and unoccupied units. Configuration of replacement windows matches the original window configuration.

Windows are comprised of in-swing casement and fixed windows, installed into the existing head and sill receivers where there are existing blank off panel windows. They are anchored at the exterior via an aluminum anchor plate which is covered with a beauty cap. All operable windows are in-swing casement windows with a 4” opening restrictor, as per NYC Building Code. During construction administration windows were continually inspected, monitored, and tested for thermal capacity and leakage.
