400 Riverside Drive is a 7-story multi-unit residential building located in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. The building was finished in 1920 and is a pre-war co-op building.
Our work consisted of investigating and repairing the façade. During construction, unsafe conditions were observed at the terra cotta watertable along the street façades, which required the full replacement of the watertable. The project was filed with and approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
