7 East 14th Street

The Victoria is a 22-story residential building completed in 1964. With about 496 units, it is located on 14th Street between Union Square West and Fifth Avenue, only steps away from retail and major subways.

This project included a complete lobby and entrance redesign. Consisting of the removal of the original finishes and structural repair to the concrete frame. Additionally, new stone cladding, storefront windows and automatic doors were installed. Another key part was the design and installation of the stainless steel and glass marquee with custom signage. There was also exterior decorative lighting installed. Project challenges for this assignment included heavily trafficked areas with obstructing walkways and completing the project while maintaining street access to the lobby.
