Standing 900 feet and 79 stories, 99 Hudson makes a significant impact on the Hudson River skyline. With over 700 residential units, 65,000 square feet of amenity spaces, and 15,000 square feet of retail surrounding the base, this residential skyscraper occupies an entire city block. Being such a notable construction project to Ownership and to the City of Jersey City, Milrose was challenged with ensuring a clear comprehensive filing and occupancy strategy was developed targeted to critical milestones over a multiyear construction schedule ensuring all approvals could be obtained and occupancy could be forecasted, achieved and aligned with ownerships sales initiatives.
