Milrose Consultants provided code consulting and permitting support for One Beverly Hills, one of the most environmentally advanced private real estate developments in the United States. The 17.5-acre site integrates The Beverly Hilton, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, and the upcoming Aman Hotel, Residences, and Club into a unified luxury destination designed around sustainability and wellness.
Our team worked closely with city and state agencies to navigate complex entitlement and permitting requirements while supporting the project’s ambitious sustainability goals. The development includes three high-performance buildings and extensive infrastructure upgrades aligned with California’s green building standards and long-term environmental initiatives.
