Gerard Towers: 70-25 Yellowstone Blvd.

Built in 1965, Gerard Towers is a multi-unit residential complex in Forest Hills, Queens comprising of three buildings with nearly 570 apartments and a two-story parking garage. We completed a partial and full-deck repair to the concrete in the garage and provided structural engineering services.

The project logistics required that the garage remains open throughout the majority of the work, in keeping with the service user requirements. Our team successfully coordinated the staging and sequencing of the project, working with the garage operator and all client stakeholders to ensure parking service to the building went uninterrupted.
