Milrose Consultants provided self-certification permitting services and landmark review support for the redevelopment of the mHUB Innovation Center at 240 N. Ashland Avenue in Chicago. The project involved the gut rehabilitation of an 80,000-square-foot historic building, transforming it into a modern hub for innovation, research, and product development.
Our team worked closely with the City of Chicago and the Landmarks Commission to streamline the review process, maintain compliance with preservation requirements, and expedite all necessary permits through the city’s self-certification program. Through expert coordination and regulatory guidance, Milrose helped bring this state-of-the-art innovation center to life while preserving the character of its historic structure.
