NYCHA – LINDEN HOUSES

One of JM Zoning’s most expansive undertakings, this project involved the renovation of twenty existing apartment buildings encompassing 1,585 dwelling units across a substantial residential portfolio. JM Zoning coordinated the full zoning and permitting process with the NYC Department of Buildings, securing all necessary approvals for a wide-ranging scope of work including apartment, lobby, and hallway renovations as well as facade, mechanical, and plumbing improvements, ensuring every building was brought through the regulatory process efficiently and in full compliance.
