JM Zoning’s most extensive multi-building engagement to date, this project involved the renovation of fifty-seven existing apartment buildings across a large residential portfolio. Working in close coordination with the NYC Department of Buildings, JM Zoning secured all necessary approvals for a broad scope of work encompassing apartment, lobby, and hallway renovations alongside facade, mechanical, and plumbing improvements. In addition to managing the full permitting process, JM Zoning also provided critical support in the removal of active violations, bringing every building into full regulatory compliance from start to finish.
