NYCHA – SAM CITY FREDRICK SAMUEL PROJECT

Entrusted with another large-scale residential portfolio, JM Zoning oversaw the full permitting and approvals process for the renovation of forty existing apartment buildings. In close coordination with the NYC Department of Buildings, JM Zoning secured all necessary approvals spanning apartment, lobby, and hallway renovations as well as facade, mechanical, and plumbing work, guiding each building through the regulatory process with consistency and care.
