Milrose Consultants supported Westfield Corporation in the major expansion and redevelopment of the Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles. The multi-phase project added more than 420,000 square feet of new retail space, new parking structures, outdoor atriums, and VIP entrances, transforming the property into one of the region’s premier shopping destinations.
Our team oversaw all permitting phases, including demolition, new construction, and complex system permits, while coordinating with local agencies to ensure compliance and timely approvals. Through strategic project management and consistent communication, Milrose helped facilitate a smooth expansion process from start to finish.
