Dallas Cothrum, Ph.D., is the President of Masterplan, a Milrose Company, the largest planning and permitting firm in Texas. He has extensive experience working on complex zoning and permitting cases, particularly multifamily projects. Dr. Cothrum frequently advises clients on municipal requirements and presents before community groups and municipal boards. He holds a doctorate from Texas Christian University and completed postdoctoral work at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, Dr. Cothrum serves on several non-profit boards and is an alumni member of Leadership Dallas.

Kimberly Byrum

Managing Principal-Multifamily at Zonda Advisory

Kimberly Byrum is the Managing Principal of Multifamily at Zonda, with over 30 years of experience in multifamily real estate development. She is an industry expert in market fundamentals, proforma rental rates, and transit-oriented developments. Kimberly frequently presents on multifamily housing trends and has deep expertise in economic forecasting and revenue management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University and has advanced training in Six Sigma and marketing.
