975 Park Avenue is a 19-story mixed residential and commercial building composed of solid brick masonry with Terracotta and natural stone details. The building was constructed in 1941 in a Landmark Preservation District and has street frontages on both Park Avenue and 83rd street.
The items addressed by HLZAE included a Lintel Replacement, Masonry Replacement, Masonry Repointing, Limestone Repairs and Terracotta Repairs. For this project, our firm also provided leak investigations and oversight of the necessary repairs. Our services included FISP inspections and a report, construction documents, construction administration of a FISP Repair Program, as well as MEP Consulting/Repairs.
