Milrose provided code and zoning consulting on a new 500-feet tall residential building, Hudson Greene. The luxury apartment complex is comprised of two towers: 77 Hudson Street and 70 Greene Street. The towers are connected by an 11-story parking garage that lies beneath a 35,000 square feet rooftop area featuring a pool, fire pit, walking paths, and an elevated, tree-enclosed space.
