The New York Stock Exchange, located at 11 Wall Street in downtown Manhattan, began over 200 hundred years ago in March of 1792. As the historic building takes on major renovations, Milrose has been asked to provide code and zoning consulting services on ongoing renovations to the interior and exterior of the historic landmarked building. Our team’s scope includes supporting Alteration Type I filings, exterior renovations, phased interior demolitions and renovations, fire and life safety upgrades, and interior renovation services to ensure full compliance with NYC codes and preservation requirements.
