One Medical Project

Permit Advisors provided permitting and consulting support for a tenant improvement and change of use project converting 3,291 square feet of space into a medical office. This complex project required obtaining a Building Permit as well as clearances from multiple departments, including Zoning, Planning, Fire, Public Works, Disabled Access, and the Green Division. Leveraging our close working relationships with Los Angeles jurisdictional agencies, our team successfully secured approvals from all departments with minimal interference. Our deep understanding of the process allowed us to anticipate challenges and avoid common mistakes often encountered when coordinating with multiple agencies simultaneously.
