Originally built in 1928 as Union Trust Bank, the building was purchased in 2012 and converted to a residential building for 140 luxury units.

Acting as the Owner’s Representative, Project Manager and Interior Design Coordinator for the adaptive reuse project at 205 Church Street. The finished design adopted the Interior Designer’s vision to be affordable to the mainstream tenant.

The goal of additional space was obtained by removing two of the four elevators on each floor. All historic materials were restored resulting in a new marble lobby and lounge and lower level gym and yoga room. As primary liaison between the Owner and Contractor, responsibilities also included coordination of sub-contractors, reviewing payment applications and the percurrent of materials.
