160 Leroy Street

160 Leroy Street is a high-end luxury building, which is a beautiful example of tectonic design. Each of the 57 housing units have bespoke layouts to maximize both comfort and the expansive views of the city around it.

The developer, wanting to avoid any unnecessary expenses, turned to HLZAE to ensure that the work was performed effectively and efficiently. To accomplish that goal, HLZAE leveraged the punchlist for any non-complying work at the point of substantial completion.

Our firm was brought in to facilitate a more efficient project schedule. We began by overseeing the development and implementation of the punch list during the project planning phase. Through the implementation of world-class project management techniques, HLZAE was able to successfully manage the completion, sales and close-out of 160 Leroy and avoid project disputes, costly post-construction work, and delayed schedule and corresponding loss of revenue.
