Halsted Pointe Phase 1

Milrose Consultants is providing permitting and code consulting services for Halsted Pointe Phase 1 at 901 N. Halsted Street, a ground-up mixed-use development that marks the first phase of a transformative four-phase master plan along the North Branch of the Chicago River.

Phase 1 features a 46-story residential tower that will anchor the broader development, which is planned to deliver more than 2,500 residential units, retail space, and a hotel across multiple towers. Milrose is supporting the project through all permitting stages, coordinating with city agencies to ensure compliance, streamline approvals, and facilitate the successful delivery of this major addition to Chicago’s skyline.
