Verizon Corporate Headquarters

Verizon’s operational headquarters, One Verizon Way, is located in a large 7-building campus in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. The campus accommodates over 6,000 employees and occupies 138 acres. Verizon selected Milrose to serve on their project team as a result of their longstanding relationship and proven ability to repeatedly meet project efficiency and performance objectives over the years. The extensive project consisted of expansive interior renovations, an office fit-out, hotel renovation, and the construction of a new parking garage, wellness center, and museum. Milrose worked closely with the Bernards Township Building Department to set up swing spaces to allow employees to remain safe while working in the building during the construction process and to secure final approvals for each of the 7 interconnected buildings on the campus. Constant communication and coordination with the other members of Verizon’s bench team, allowed Milrose to assist Verizon in completing the project in only twelve months.
