Throwback Thursday: IAC 'Iceberg' Building

The IAC 'Iceberg' Building, located at 555 West 18th Street is InterActiveCorp's headquarters and the first New York building designed by world-renowned architect, Frank Gehry.  Completed in 2007, the building was developed by InterActiveCorp in partnership with Georgetown Company. Rising 10-stories tall and featuring 130,000 square feet of Class A office space, the IAC Building is one of the largest in Manhattan's Chelsea district.

The IAC Building represents the first project that Milrose worked on with IAC and Georgetown and we are very proud of our firm's work to secure 555 West 18th Street's Final New Building Certificate of Occupancy,
